Civil, earth, and Road work are crucial to economic development and growth, generating several important social benefits. These infrastructures provide access to jobs, markets, social amenities, health care, education services, and critical services supporting the wealth creation process. 

Kutia Limited works with government and private agencies such as the Ghana Highway Authority, the Department of Feeder Roads, and various Local Level Government Agencies to install, improve and maintain these infrastructures.  The host communities also benefit from our activities via increased access to jobs and improved infrastructure base with minimal impact on the environment.

Building Construction.

Since the dawn of time, buildings have provided shelter, privacy, and protection from dangerous or bad weather for individuals, organisations and other entities. The Kutia Ltd building and construction team works with Government and private entities to provide buildings that host families, businesses and industries. These buildings have varying requirements, but are all capital investments, so we pay great attention to the design, implementation and specification of each project.

Our on-the-field experience working with various clients and their requirements has given us the exposure to develop and introduce innovative ideas and solutions that make us competitive in terms of cost, quality, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.

Quarrying and Concrete Products

In modern society, most infrastructures that support day-to-day activities and enhance people’s standard of living, such as transportation, telecommunications, water, power and energy, and educational infrastructure, require quarry aggregates and concrete in their construction. Our quarrying and concrete product team has been exploiting the company’s granite concession to produce various quarry aggregates, boulders, and concrete products for internal and external use.

Poultry Farming

Ghana imports an average of USD 380 million of poultry every year, and the country is seeking to reduce this reliance on foreign produce. The Government is focused on building the appropriate infrastructure to boost local production. 

As part of its diversification strategy, Kutia Ltd.’s management has been operating a poultry farm in Ghana. The main Kutia Ltd poultry farm products are:
